AWS DevOps Engineer Professional: operations and delivery
DOP-C02 preparation covering pipelines, IaC, resilience, telemetry, incidents, and security. Original lessons and scenarios.
Objectives and progression
Eight lessons, 50 questions, and eight fictional cases connect AWS automation with production decisions. Questions follow the six DOP-C02 domains: 11/9/8/7/7/8. The internal assessment contains 32 decisions in 60 minutes. A future mock structure exists but is not yet available. This first pass does not claim exhaustive coverage of all official tasks. This path prepares DOP-C02. AWS announces Korean delivery retirement after 2026-12-31; this language change does not mean certification retirement. Confirm version and language before scheduling.
Audience: DevOps engineers, APS teams, and technical managers coordinating AWS delivery and operations.
Prerequisites: Knowledge of AWS administration, IAM, networking, scripting, and CI/CD. AWS recommends two or more years of relevant experience; no mandatory prior certification is asserted.

What you will explore
0 / 8Pipeline, artifacts, and identity
Build promotion evidence and cross-account access.
Progressive delivery and rollback
Validate the actual traffic path and recovery limits.
IaC, drift, and reconciliation
Connect declared intent with observed state.
Fleet automation and governance
Limit expansion, confirm conditions, and retain accountability.
Capacity, resilience, and recovery
Measure service recovery and capacity required by work.
Telemetry and useful alarms
Distinguish absence, value, and operational-action delivery.
Events, incidents, and replay
Recover pending work while controlling effects.
Security and operational evidence
Keep identity boundaries, credentials, and collection verifiable.
