2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using bigsavant.com you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy

3. The service

bigsavant.com is a learning platform with lessons, exercises, scenarios, review cards, and assessments. In this version the service is free and involves no payments. The catalogue is released progressively: an entry marked as planned is not a commitment to a date or content.

4. Independent preparation and trademarks

Independent preparation. Tests on bigsavant.com do not award official certifications. bigsavant.com is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any certification provider. Names of exams, certifications, products, and brands belong to their owners and are used only to identify the subject of each path.

We do not use or accept confidential questions from real exams. Exercises are original and are meant for learning the topics, not reproducing exams.

5. Account

• You must be at least 16, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• Registration details must be accurate, and the account is personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You can delete your account at any time in settings.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• copy, bulk-extract (scrape), republish, or sell the content, in whole or in part, without written permission
• post or share confidential exam questions, third-party protected material, or unlawful content, including in notes and reports
• attempt to access other people's accounts, bypass limits or security measures, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service
• use automated means to answer assessments or generate artificial traffic
• use the service contrary to the law, good faith, or these terms.

If you find a vulnerability, report it responsibly to the contact above without exploiting it.

7. Intellectual property

bigsavant.com content (texts, lessons, questions, explanations, scenarios, design, and code) belongs to ExpertFusion Software and Marketplace FZ-C.L.L or its licensors and is protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it within the service, for your own learning and for non-commercial purposes.

Your notes are private and remain yours. By sending a report, you allow us to use it free of charge to review and improve the content.

8. Content and results

We aim to keep content accurate and current, with sources and review dates, but exam syllabi, versions, prices, and rules change and errors may exist. Always confirm official information with the exam provider. Results on bigsavant.com do not predict or guarantee passing, employment, or equivalence to any qualification.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is and as available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or paths, and carry out maintenance, aiming to give notice when a change is significant. We recommend exporting your data regularly.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law, or that endangers the security of the service or other people, telling you why whenever possible. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost opportunities, or exam results arising from use of the service, nor for temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or the rights that mandatory law grants to consumers.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to find a solution. If you are a consumer, you may use an alternative consumer dispute resolution body and the courts of your place of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The update date is shown at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the platform or by email before they take effect; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
