Scope and format

The bank contains 24 original questions across the four areas below. The full selection has a suggested duration of 30 minutes; the company can configure the form and timing. Duration is an editorial reference without participant calibration.

  • Deduction and conditions
  • Order and dependencies
  • Applying rules
  • Information sufficiency

Available in English.

Single or multiple response, without free-text answers or code execution. No learning-path enrollment or lesson completion is required.

Assessment instructions

Treat each question’s rules as true within that exercise, even if they differ from your workplace rules. Do not add assumptions. When asked what must hold, look for what is true in every permitted situation. Multiple-response questions request two options. You may use paper for notes. Each exact answer earns one point; incomplete, incorrect or blank answers earn zero. There is no code execution.

What this assessment can show

The result describes application of the rules in these exercises. It is not an IQ measure or a cognitive diagnosis, and does not by itself predict job performance. There is no pass mark or percentile. The test and editorial difficulty levels have not undergone psychometric validation. A partial selection describes only the questions presented.

How to interpret results

The score indicates correct answers to the questions presented. Each exact answer earns one point; a multiple-response item requires the complete set with no additional options. Blank answers earn zero. There is no shared pass mark across the six assessments.

Results by area help prepare interview questions or a development conversation. Compare only assessments with comparable content and conditions, including language and allotted time. A partial form does not establish coverage of the whole bank.

These assessments have editorial review but no psychometric validation or population norms. They do not provide IQ scores, percentiles, personality diagnoses or validated predictions of job performance. Selecting an answer does not demonstrate observed workplace behavior.

Use and participant information

The company selects areas and questions, sets the time and sends the invitation. Participants answer without completing lessons. Assessments remain in the company workspace; questions and individual results are not part of these public pages.

Before starting, participants see instructions, timing and information about who receives their answers and results. The company can grant additional time. Use results as one element of a broader assessment with human judgment, rather than an automatic hiring decision.
