Objectives and progression
Seven lessons, 37 regular questions, five cases, and an internal assessment of 26 decisions in 50 minutes. Practice team decisions and operational collaboration without reproducing official questions. January 2022 CSM objectives, formatted February 2024. All 24 Scrum Foundations 2022 objectives were compared using the workbook linked by the official resource page on October 1, 2026; the separate PDF was not read in full.
Audience: Early-career Scrum Masters, technical managers, and APS professionals collaborating with Scrum Teams.
