PMI-ACP: agility applied to IT delivery
Prepare for PMI-ACP through iterative learning, leadership, value, flow metrics, and IT delivery decisions.
Objectives and progression
Seven original lessons connect mindset, leadership, product, and delivery to technical projects and APS. Includes 35 questions, five fictional banking cases, and an internal 26-decision assessment. Uses the four domains of the inspected official ECO, whose footer states March 2026 while its internal title retains November 2024. Scrum, Kanban, DORA, and SRE references support specific examples; PMI-ACP spans more than one framework. Introductory preparation without exhaustive coverage, a passing guarantee, or recognized eligibility training hours.
Audience: Project managers, APS professionals, facilitators, and product teams preparing for PMI-ACP.
Prerequisites: Basic project and software-delivery knowledge. Official application requirements are defined by PMI and should be confirmed separately.
