Laravel: requests, data and application decisions
Learn Laravel through HTTP requests, Eloquent, security, queues and application diagnosis. Original single- and multiple-choice questions and cases, without code execution.
Modules and lessons

Request lifecycle and configuration
Follow a request from the public entry point to the response and distinguish configuration files, process environment and effectively loaded values. Diagnose a release without confusing boot success with readiness.
65 minContainer, providers and instance lifetimes
Read how the container constructs dependencies, where providers declare services and which objects are reused across resolutions. Choose lifetimes respecting isolation between requests and jobs.
65 minRoutes, binding and middleware
Interpret method, parameters, binding and middleware as distinct request contracts. Locate failures before the controller and avoid confusing resource membership with permission to modify it.
65 minValidation and request contracts
Define presence, nullability, types and accepted keys; consume validated output without reintroducing raw input. Separate authorization, validation and transformation in the FormRequest lifecycle.
65 minEloquent, relationships and query cost
Distinguish relationship queries from loaded collections. Choose eager loading or aggregates, preserve data scope and recognize operations that bypass per-model events.
65 minTransactions, concurrency and migrations
Bound a transaction by connection and engine, protect the read used in a concurrent decision, and distinguish schema migration, data recovery and release compatibility.
65 minAuthentication, authorization and sessions
Separate identity, session, resource authorization and request-forgery protection. Interpret guards, policies and the origin/token behavior in Laravel 13’s documented contract.
65 minBlade, output and API resources
Define representations suitable for HTML, JavaScript and API contexts. Control fields, conditional computation, loaded relationships and pagination envelopes while distinguishing presentation from authorization.
65 minQueues, retries and scheduling
Relate connection, queue, commit and worker lifecycle to work delivery. Distinguish uniqueness, overlap prevention and effect idempotency, including distributed scheduling limits.
65 minTests, cache and release diagnosis
Interpret the scope of HTTP tests, fakes and state assertions. Diagnose cache identity and concurrency, limit invalidation and decide acceptance from evidence of effective processes and representations.
65 minObjectives and progression
Learn Laravel through HTTP requests, Eloquent, security, queues and application diagnosis. Original single- and multiple-choice questions and cases, without code execution.
Audience
Developers and support professionals familiar with PHP who need to interpret Laravel applications, review contracts and diagnose access, data and delivery failures.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of PHP, functions, classes, exceptions and reading arrays, plus basic HTTP and SQL. The PHP path covers language fundamentals. Installing Laravel or executing code is not required to answer assessments.
What you will learn
- Trace requests, dependencies and effective configuration.
- Interpret validation, queries and concurrent data decisions.
- Separate identity, authorization and permitted representation.
- Reconcile jobs, tests, caches and release activation.
What is available
10 lessons · 100 regular questions · 20 cases
Internal final assessment: 40 exercises in 90 minutes. Full mock exams are not yet available.
Assessments and mock exams reuse path exercises. They do not award certifications or guarantee passing an external exam.
Scope, review and limitations
Ten lessons with 100 regular questions and 20 original cases covering request lifecycle, configuration, container, routes, validation, Eloquent, transactions, security, Blade, APIs, queues and delivery. The baseline is Laravel 13.x, with PHP 8.3 as the framework’s stated minimum. Every assessment uses single or multiple choice, including interpretation of excerpts and scenarios, without code execution. The internal assessment reuses 40 items in 90 minutes. PHP fundamentals remain in a separate prerequisite path.
Internal 40-question assessment in 90 minutes, reusing course items, with single or multiple choice and no code execution. It is not an official exam and awards no external certification.
