TOGAF Practitioner: architecture and transformation decisions
Eight lessons, 40 questions, and eight cases on context, stakeholders, vision, gaps, migration, governance, and requirements. Independent TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner preparation.
Objectives and progression
Independent TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner preparation aligned to the eight public OGEA-102 exam-plan areas based on the TOGAF Standard, 10th Edition. Eight lessons and 48 original decisions apply context, stakeholders, vision, architecture development, implementation, change, requirements, and supporting techniques. Fictional banking and APS cases address obsolescence, cutover conflicts, closing windows, data semantics, platform retirement, expired assumptions, RPO/RTO, and options with mandatory constraints. The internal assessment reuses 32 decisions in 60 minutes using normal dr.pt marking. It does not reproduce the official exam’s eight questions or 5/3/1/0 gradient scoring. Public sources and primary documentation support original examples; exhaustive coverage of detailed objectives in the licensed document is not claimed.
Audience: Architects, IT Project Managers, transformation leads, and APS professionals coordinating business and technology decisions.
Prerequisites: Knowledge equivalent to TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Foundation and project experience. Part 2 requires EA Foundation or a Part 1 pass on the same day at the same test center according to the datasheet; confirm route and conditions with the provider.
