A professional assessment course with six modules on project commitments and operational delivery. Practice availability in a 75% support/25% project role, person-day forecasts, change decisions, governance, supplier acceptance, handover to RUN, FinOps, and decommissioning. Includes fictional funds and APS scenarios and an internal assessment of 27 decisions in 60 minutes. PM² is a methodological reference, not a certification or a representation of bank internal rules.
Audience: APS L2/L3, infrastructure, SRE, systems administration teams, and technical managers.
Prerequisites: Application, monitoring, and production-support fundamentals; no bank-specific internal process assumed.
