CAPM: foundations for project decisions
Prepare CAPM foundations through value, stakeholders, planning, control, adaptive delivery, and business analysis. Original lessons and exercises.
Objectives and progression
Six modules connect project concepts to decisions about priorities, capacity, costs, quality, and requirements. Original questions map to the four CAPM ECO 2023 domains, with official weights recorded. Fictional financial-service cases connect study to IT delivery and operations. This first pass covers selected foundations; it does not yet cover every ECO task or replace a complete study plan. The internal assessment contains 23 decisions and does not simulate the duration or composition of a full official exam.
Audience: Professionals starting project management and technical contributors to IT delivery.
Prerequisites: No formal management experience required for this path. Certification application requirements must be confirmed with PMI.
