ServiceNow CSA: administration with context and control
Eight lessons, 50 questions, and eight cases on ServiceNow administration: navigation, collaboration, catalog, automation, data, security, and change transport. Independent CSA preparation.
Objectives and progression
Independent Certified System Administrator preparation mapped to the six domains and weights of the January 2026 blueprint. Eight lessons and 58 original decisions apply instance, interface, configuration, list, collaboration, knowledge, catalog, Workflow Studio, Virtual Agent, schema, import, ACL, CMDB, CSDM, Security Center, rule, and update-set concepts. Fictional APS and banking cases address cross-instance handover, plugin recovery, historical indicators, runbook access, repeated approvals, duplicate teams, restricted exports, and change collisions. The internal assessment reuses 32 decisions in 60 minutes and does not reproduce the official exam. Consulted documentation identifies each source release, distinguishing Brazil, Australia, and Zurich; the blueprint version is not treated as a platform release. No real instance was configured, and no official passing result or credential is promised.
Audience: Beginning administrators, APS teams, support analysts, and IT Project Managers coordinating ServiceNow configuration and changes.
Prerequisites: Basic database, system-management, and support-process knowledge. The provider recommends official training and three to six months of experience; the blueprint permits exam registration at any time. Instance access is not required to read the course.
