SWIFT: banking support and project decisions
Six lessons, 24 questions, and eight scenarios on SWIFT messaging, status, security, changes, and recovery. Independent professional assessment.
Objectives and progression
Independent professional assessment with six modules and 32 original decisions on messaging services, BIC and UETR, authorized relationships, technical states and business outcomes, reconciliation, security, and transition. Fictional cases include post-submission timeout, partial processing, changed references, outsourcing, and functional recovery. The final 26-decision assessment in 60 minutes reuses course items. Sources distinguish stable concepts from updated schedules, including the September 2026 SR2026 revision. This is not Swift certification, accredited training, protocol implementation, or an institution’s compliance assessment.
Audience: APS teams, L2/L3 support, IT project managers, and financial-services integration specialists.
Prerequisites: Basic applications, networking, and support knowledge. Exercises provide context and require no access to Swift or real banking systems. Learning links are suggestions.
