Salesforce Platform Administrator: configure and operate
Eight lessons, 50 questions, and eight Salesforce administration cases: access, data, sales, support, collaboration, automation, and Agentforce. Independent preparation.
Objectives and progression
Independent preparation mapped to the eight domains of the official Platform Administrator guide, which identifies Summer 25 when inspected in October 2026. Eight lessons and 58 original decisions connect effective permissions, relationships and retention, lead conversion, campaign metrics, case routing and escalation, mixed-audience collaboration, import and reconciliation, reporting, Flow, approvals, and Agentforce. Fictional banking and operations cases help justify decisions, analyze consequences, and recognize acceptable alternatives. The internal assessment reuses 32 decisions in 60 minutes, including one multiple-response case. The course does not reproduce the official exam, configure a Salesforce org, or guarantee passing or a credential.
Audience: Salesforce administrators, application support teams, data owners, and technical managers coordinating platform changes.
Prerequisites: Basic CRM, data, and access-control knowledge is useful. The guide requires no prior certification and recommends about six months of administration experience. Related courses below are learning suggestions rather than official requirements.
