Objectives and progression

Seven lessons, 35 questions, and five original cases explore investment choices, planning, risk, processes, and product continuity. The internal assessment contains 25 decisions in 45 minutes. Content is based on the public May 2025 syllabus 2.0. PeopleCert announced materials 2.1; comparison with the revised syllabus remains pending. Confirm current objectives before the exam.

Audience: Project managers, product leaders, and APS professionals coordinating adaptive delivery with operational accountability.

Prerequisites: PRINCE2 Agile Foundation knowledge is recommended. For the official exam, the inspected page requires any PRINCE2 Agile Version 1 certification or PRINCE2 Agile Foundation Version 2, with proof before results release. Confirm current requirements with PeopleCert. practice does not satisfy those requirements or award accredited hours.
