Objectives and progression
A professional assessment course with six modules on team effectiveness and organizational collaboration. Practice decisions under incidents, delivery pressure, blocked work, uneven participation, and misused metrics. Includes fictional APS scenarios, versioned sources, and an internal assessment of 27 decisions in 60 minutes. Kanban, EBM, DORA, and facilitation techniques are complementary references, not additional mandatory Scrum rules.
Audience: Scrum Masters, product team members, APS professionals, and managers involved in agile delivery.
Prerequisites: Scrum and teamwork fundamentals; PSM I is a related foundation course, with no prior certification required.
