PMI-PBA: needs, requirements, and benefits
Eight lessons, 50 questions, and eight cases covering needs, business case, requirements, interfaces, traceability, acceptance, and benefits. Independent PMI-PBA preparation.
Objectives and progression
Independent PMI-PBA preparation aligned with the five domains of the public ECO and the official page inspected on 1 October 2026. Explore connections among problems, solution scope, value, planning, and requirements decisions. Includes asynchronous API contracts, rule boundaries, release dependencies, acceptance criteria, and version-specific evidence. Fictional banking, migration, and APS examples help interpret capacity, net savings, present value, and coverage calculations. The course includes ten primary references, option explanations, progress, and an internal 32-decision assessment in 75 minutes. This initial coverage is not a full mock of the 200-question/240-minute exam. Full original forms are planned and not yet available. Historical papers support durable concepts without presenting their processes as mandatory current rules.
Audience: Analysts, technical project managers, and APS professionals translating needs into requirements and tracking value.
Prerequisites: Requirements knowledge and project collaboration experience. Confirm application conditions with PMI; this course claims neither eligible contact hours nor accreditation.
